Cognizant is seeking a Frontier Principal to lead AI-augmented delivery and AI-era operating models. You will co-design transformation strategies with C-suite clients, define safety benchmarks, and govern risk and policy across the frontier program.

This senior role requires 20+ years of enterprise AI leadership, P&L ownership, and the ability to drive outcomes through a high-impact Frontier practice. Annual salary ranges reflect seniority and experience.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of enterprise AI leadership or delivery experience.
• Proven ability to set strategic direction for AI platforms and operating models.
• Experience engaging C-suite and leading transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for AI-augmented delivery or AI-era operating models.
• Co-design AI transformation strategies with C-suite stakeholders and produce blueprints.
• Define evaluation frameworks for frontier-model deployment and safety benchmarks.
• Govern adversarial-AI risk and AI safety policy; lead incident-response strategy.
• Own direction and P&L of a Frontier practice and structure value-based models.
• Maintain frontier learning communities, methodologies and gold standards.
