Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Frontier Principal to lead AI-augmented delivery strategy and frontier-model governance for enterprise clients. You will co-design AI transformation blueprints with C-suite stakeholders, define safety benchmarks, and govern risk management at the enterprise perimeter.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for AI-augmented delivery across the enterprise.
• Co-design AI transformation strategies with C-suite stakeholders; produce blueprints.
• Define evaluation frameworks for frontier-model deployment and safety benchmarks.
• Govern adversarial-AI risk and lead incident-response strategies at the enterprise perimeter.
• Own the direction and P&L of a Frontier practice and structure commercial models.
• Maintain the Frontier learning community, methodologies and gold standards.
