Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Frontier Principal to drive AI transformation strategy and frontier-model governance for enterprise clients. You will co-design blueprints with C-suite stakeholders, define safety benchmarks, and own the Frontier practice P&L.

The role requires extensive leadership in AI delivery and a deep track record in enterprise transformation, with a focus on responsible-AI at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI transformation at enterprise scale.
• Capability to define frontier-model evaluation and safety policies.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional advisory for C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for AI-augmented delivery or AI-era operating model across the enterprise.
• Co-design AI transformation strategies with C-suite stakeholders; produce transformation blueprints.
• Define evaluation frameworks for frontier-model deployment, including red-team protocols and safety benchmarks.
• Govern adversarial-AI risk and AI safety policy; lead incident-response strategy at the enterprise perimeter.
• Own the direction and P&L of a Frontier practice; structure outcome-based commercial models.
• Maintain the Frontier learning community, methodologies and gold standards (CoE).
