Cognizant is seeking a Frontier Principal to set strategic direction for AI-augmented delivery and AI-era operating models. You will co-design transformation strategies with C-suite clients, govern frontier-model evaluation, and lead safety and risk frameworks.

Lead the Frontier practice with P&L ownership, develop talent, and maintain learning communities and gold standards, while driving enterprise-wide AI innovation and governance.

• Experience leading AI transformation for enterprise-level initiatives.
• Ability to co-design AI strategies with C-suite stakeholders and produce blueprints.
• Experience governing frontier-model evaluation and AI safety policies.
