Prime Intellect AI is seeking a Customer Success & Account role to onboard customers, coordinate deployments, and scale our AI infrastructure offerings. You will work across customer teams, engineering, and operations to ensure success from post-sale through production readiness.

The role emphasizes building durable processes, tooling, and repeatable workflows while maintaining strong relationships and clear communication with high-touch technical accounts in a fast-moving frontier AI

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in customer success, technical account management, or operations.
• Strong interest in AI infrastructure and technical products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and deployment coordination post-sale.
• Build trusted relationships and proactively manage issues and escalations.
• Translate customer needs into internal actions with engineering and ops.
• Scale internal systems for onboarding, deployment tracking, and support.
