Job summary

Prime Intellect, Inc. is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Strategy Lead to work directly with strategic customers in shaping frontier AI deployments in the San Francisco area.

You will translate complex workflows into evals and post-training opportunities, scope deployments with Applied Research, and help turn early experiments into long-term revenue. You are a multi-disciplinary thinker, balancing customer needs with product strategy, AI systems knowledge, and commercial execution.

Qualifications

• Experience across technical understanding, customer empathy, and product judgment.
• Ability to run multiple complex customer workstreams with high agency.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and executive-level collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic customer deployments from discovery to deployment and case study.
• Turn ambiguous customer input into crisp scopes, use cases and milestones.
• Partner with Applied Research to align customer signal with roadmap.
• Build repeatable deployment playbooks, reference architectures and proposals.
• Drive revenue through qualification, scoping, proposals, and deployment.
