Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Frontier AI marketing leader to shape our marketing strategy in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City. You will establish our market presence and drive demand generation with AI labs and researchers, translating technical concepts into credible content for researchers and technical buyers.

This first dedicated marketing hire will collaborate across product, field, and ecosystem teams, building an external voice and strategy while navigating the frontier AI landscape

Qualifications

• Five or more years of B2B marketing in AI/ML/technical markets.
• Ability to translate highly technical concepts into compelling market content.
• Experience designing and executing field marketing programs and activation
• Understanding of generative AI and foundation model ecosystems
• Strong editorial judgment for technical audiences
• Proven track record partnering with sales and technical teams to drive pipeline

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging for EPAM's Frontier AI business and its services
• Develop high-quality sales materials (decks, narratives, one-pagers) for researchers and technical buyers
• Build EPAM's presence in the AI research ecosystem through partnerships and conferences
• Create targeted field marketing activations around priority accounts and communities
• Establish an external voice/content strategy for EPAM's technical leaders
• Monitor competitive changes to inform offering development and investment
• Partner with sales to support pipeline generation with account-specific messaging
