Qualifications

• Minimum five years of field marketing, demand generation, ABM or integrated B2B marketing experience.
• Experience running event and hospitality programs with sales alignment.
• Familiarity with ABM strategy and tools and ability to apply intent data.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage multi-stakeholder projects.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the embedded marketing lead for EPAM's high tech and AI vertical in the San Francisco Bay Area, partnering with senior business stakeholders and the sales organization.
• Define marketing priorities with business unit and sales leadership and build quarterly go-to-market plans aligned to revenue and pipeline.
• Own the regional events and hospitality strategy end-to-end, manage sponsorships and on-site activities to convert engagement into pipeline.
• Design and execute ABM programs for priority accounts with multi-touch campaigns and personalized content.
• Provide deal support with bespoke assets and account intelligence to help sellers advance opportunities.
• Translate EPAM's enterprise technology offerings into compelling narratives for technology enterprises and startups.
• Identify the right marketing mix including events, digital, ABM campaigns and analyst relations to reach key decision-makers.
