Job summary

Prime Intellect seeks a Forward Deployed AI Strategy Lead to drive strategic deployments with premier customers, translating complex workflows into repeatable AI post-training solutions.

You will partner with Applied Research and Engineering to design evals, environments, and milestones, turning early experiments into lasting revenue while shaping the frontier of AI infrastructure and tool-use workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping AI product strategy and customer-facing roadmaps.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into concrete scopes and plans.
• Strong communication with executives, researchers, and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority customer workstreams from discovery through deployment and case studies.
• Define use cases, success metrics, and eval design for customer deployments.
• Collaborate with Applied Research to prioritize evals, environments, and post-training recipes.
• Turn messy conversations into crisp scopes for engineering execution.
• Drive revenue through qualification, scoping, proposals, and deployment.
