Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to lead end-to-end deployments of frontier models in production. You will own discovery, scoping, design, build, and rollout in collaboration with customer teams.

You will measure success by production adoption, workflow impact, and feedback that shapes product and model roadmaps. Hybrid work with relocation assistance and travel up to 50% are offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of engineering or deployment experience with customer-facing work.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Experience delivering complex systems in fast-moving environments; production-grade code in Python/JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery across multiple deployments from first prototype to stable production.
• Build full-stack systems delivering customer value and learning capabilities.
• Embed with customer teams, understand needs, guide adoption of delivered solutions.
• Scope work, sequence delivery, and remove blockers early.
• Balance scope, speed, and quality; adjust plans to protect delivery.
• Contribute code when needed to progress.
• Codify patterns into tools or playbooks for reuse.
• Share field feedback to inform Research and Product roadmaps.
• Maintain momentum through clarity and follow-through.
