Job summary

Dutch Vet seeks a Front-end Engineer in Oakland, CA to build and optimize our telemedicine web platforms for virtual veterinary care. You will translate wireframes into responsive interfaces and collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any) or foreign equivalent with at least one year of front-end experience.
• Experience with Git for version control, including branching and pull requests.
• Strong command of modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and CSS.
• Vue.js experience with Vue Router, Vuex/Pinia, and single-file components.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize digital platforms for virtual veterinary care and telemedicine.
• Transform design concepts into functional web applications using modern front-end tech.
• Develop and deploy feature variants to inform product decisions and drive conversions.
• Collaborate with backend developers and UI/UX designers to ensure data flow and brand alignment.
