For our client, we are seeking a Frontend Engineer - Design Systems to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will focus on building shared interface components and reusable patterns that improve consistency, usability, and development velocity across the product experience. You will partner closely with designers and product engineers to translate design intent into accessible, high-quality software. The work will also include strengthening documentation, workflows, and adoption of the design system so teams can move faster with greater consistency.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $140,800 – $158,400 annually
