Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a senior frontend engineer to own the design process from wireframes in Figma to production-ready React/TypeScript interfaces. About the Role

Join a fintech team building mortgage workflows and help make them intuitive, accessible, and visually polished. This senior engineering role combines frontend implementation with design craft, from early concepts through production-ready interfaces.

What You'll Do

• Own the design process from wireframes in Figma through implementation in React and TypeScript.

• Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library using Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui.

• Develop accessible, production-quality React components with thoughtful ARIA, keyboard, and focus management.

• Collaborate with product and engineering partners to turn complex mortgage workflows into clear user experiences.

• Set and uphold visual and interaction standards across the product.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in a design engineering, frontend, or full-stack software engineering role, including senior-level experience shipping production code.

• Strong production experience with React and TypeScript, backed by a genuine software engineering background.

• Deep Figma proficiency, including libraries, variants, and auto-layout, along with experience building and maintaining design systems.

• Experience creating complex, data-dense interfaces in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, or polished animated experiences for consumer products.

• A portfolio or personal site showcasing high-craft visual and interaction design.

• Strong CS fundamentals; experience with GraphQL, Apollo Client, Vite, Turborepo, or AI-native products is useful.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $150,000 to $350,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
