• Excellent verbal and written communication of technical concepts.

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will focus on building and scaling polished consumer-facing web experiences that support high-impact business and product goals. You will shape frontend architecture, improve performance and accessibility, and help set the standards for reusable, maintainable UI development. The position also requires close collaboration across product and technical stakeholders to deliver meaningful enhancements in a fast-moving environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $131,243 – $196,865 annually

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain high-performing white-labeled micro-frontends using Angular and TypeScript
• Enhance consumer-facing applications for optimal performance and accessibility
• Identify and execute high-leverage opportunities in a fast-paced environment
• Establish frontend best practices for state management and component reusability
• Drive impactful changes weekly to advance business and product goals

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional frontend software engineering experience
• Expert-level knowledge in Angular or equivalent mastery in React/Vue
• Hands-on experience with micro-frontend architectures and white-label design systems
• Strong intuition for UI design, rendering performance, and user interactions
• Proven ability to execute autonomously and deliver polished production code
• Effective communicator of complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
