Job summary

Confidential Fintech is seeking a senior frontend engineer to turn mortgage workflows into intuitive experiences. You will lead from design in Figma to production in React and TypeScript, building a scalable design system and accessible components.

The role emphasizes design-forward collaboration, strong UI craftsmanship, and production-grade engineering in a remote, fast-growing fintech team.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in design engineering, frontend, or full-stack with senior-level experience.
Strong React and TypeScript skills with attention to UI detail.
Experience building design systems and component libraries.
Proficient in Figma, including libraries, variants, and auto-layout.
Experience with Tailwind CSS and related tooling (e.g., shadcn/ui).
Background building complex, data-dense B2B SaaS interfaces or polished consumer products.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end experience from Figma wireframes to React/TypeScript implementation.
Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library using shadcn/ui.
Create accessible, production-ready components with ARIA and keyboard/focus management.
Collaborate with product and engineering to simplify mortgage workflows.
Set and maintain visual and interaction standards across the product.
