Job summary

Omni is hiring a Frontend Engineer to build product experiences for data exploration, visualization, and sharing. You will own features from design through delivery, shipping fast, polished interfaces, and embedding Omni in customers' applications.

You will work with product, design, and engineers and engage with customers to ensure value and adoption. This high-autonomy role demands ownership of large frontend areas with minimal oversight and a track record of delivering senior-level projects

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years at a senior level and shipping production software independently.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript; track record delivering senior-level projects to customers.
• Experience with data or BI tools and applications (e.g., SQL, Looker, Tableau, Mode, Amplitude, Google Analytics).

Responsibilities

• Own features across Omni's frontend end-to-end: technical decisions, implementation, and delivery.
• Partner directly with customers and the product team to scope integration requirements.
• Design and build the APIs, SDKs, and front-end surfaces that let companies embed Omni in their own products.
• Move quickly and ship iteratively, refining based on customer feedback.
• Use AI coding tools to maximize velocity and focus on high-leverage technical work.
• Collaborate with engineers across the stack as needed, with minimal oversight.
• Represent Embed customer needs in broader product and engineering planning.
