Job summary

Omni is seeking a Frontend Engineer to build product experiences for exploring, visualizing, and sharing data within Omni. You will own features from design to delivery, shipping polished interfaces and embedding Omni in customers' apps.

The role offers high autonomy, collaboration with product/design/engineering, and opportunities to work directly with customers to shape frontend surfaces and integrations.

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years at a senior level.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Experience with data/BI tools like SQL, Looker, Tableau, Mode.
Ability to ship production software with limited oversight.
Experience building and maintaining APIs or SDKs for external customers.
Familiarity with AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor.

Responsibilities

Own frontend features end-to-end from design through delivery.
Collaborate with customers and product teams to scope integration needs.
Design and build APIs, SDKs, and front-end surfaces to embed Omni.
Ship iteratively and refine based on feedback.
Work with engineering teams across the stack with minimal oversight.
Represent Embed customer needs in broader product planning.
