Job summary

Sift is seeking a product engineering-focused frontend engineer to build and own the Sift Agents frontend. You will talk directly to customers to understand workflows, design and implement dashboards, and surface insights from telemetry with fast, responsive UI.

Join a team delivering streaming interactions, long-running tasks, and a polished browser experience. Location is hybrid in Marina Del Rey, CA, with in-person days twice a week and relocation options to LA or SF for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Own product areas: talk to customers and decide what to build.
• Built complex web apps with React, NextJS and TS.
• Focus on performance and polish of interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Talk directly to customers to understand workflows.
• Build frontend surfaces where Sift Agents live.
• Design UX patterns for streaming responses and long-running tasks.
• Render agent findings alongside telemetry and keep it fast.
• Collaborate with backend for API design.
