We’re looking for someone with the technical sharpness to ship fast, the creativity to elevate UX, and the ambition to build tools used by recruiters across the globe.

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Build and maintain front-end features for our custom CRM and AI voice dialer platform.
• Collaborate with back-end engineers and designers to build slick, responsive UIs.
• Develop clean, scalable React components that support complex workflows (call routing, email triggers, candidate pipelines, etc.).
• Integrate with APIs from Twilio, Clay, and internal data platforms.
• Optimize performance for users managing high-volume outreach (think 50+ live calls/day, 20k+ emails/month).
• Implement real-time updates, call logs, voice drop automation, and smart filters.
• Utilize React (or similar modern JS frameworks), Tailwind CSS or CSS-in-JS for styling.
• Work with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, local storage, and state management tools like Redux or Zustand.
• Familiarity with call automation platforms (e.g., Twilio, Aircall, or custom dialers).
• Experience building dashboards, CRMs, or communication tools is a major bonus.
• Maintain UX sensibility — focusing on both function and form.
• Join a lean, high-output team solving hard outreach problems at scale.
• You’ll work directly with founders and decision-makers.
• Take ownership: your code will influence how modern recruiters engage with top talent.
• Work in a remote-first, results-driven environment obsessed with performance and speed.
