Position Overview

We are looking for a Lead Front End Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality web applications using modern front-end technologies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Location and Salary

Location: 100% Remote (Must live in Pacific or Mountain Time Zone)

Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to create a seamless user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Front End Engineer, focusing on React.js and Next.js.
