Position Overview

We are looking for a Lead Front End Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality web applications using modern front-end technologies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.JS and Next.js.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to create a seamless user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Front End Engineer, with a focus on React.JS and Next.js.
• Experience leading/mentoring others.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with Storybook and Figma is a plus.
• Experience in a lead or mentoring role is a plus.
