IDX is seeking a Frontend Developer to join our Web team, bringing websites and digital experiences to life across HubSpot, WordPress and beyond. You’ll own features, build responsive interfaces, and collaborate with designers, PMs and QA to deliver high-quality work.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional frontend development experience.
• Hands-on HubSpot CMS experience (templates and API).
• Knowledge of WordPress (plugins and themes).
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic websites using WordPress.
• Create custom WordPress themes, templates, and plugins.
• Build HubSpot CMS pages, templates, and workflow integrations.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes into responsive interfaces.
• Contribute to RESTful API integrations with third-party services.
• Optimize sites for speed and SEO; support scalability.
• Ensure security best practices and escalate compliance questions.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and QA to deliver on time.
• Troubleshoot performance, functionality, and UX issues.

The Role

We're looking for a Frontend Developer with hands-on experience in HubSpot and a knowledge of WordPress to join our growing Web team. You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining websites, developing custom features, and supporting digital projects that impact users across industries. This is a great opportunity for a Developer ready to take the next step in their career with increased ownership and collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic websites and web applications, primarily using WordPress.
• Create custom WordPress themes, templates, and plugins to support ongoing client and internal site work.
• Periodically build and maintain HubSpot CMS pages, templates, and workflow integrations.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes into responsive and accessible web interfaces.
• Contribute to building and maintaining RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party services.
• Optimize websites for speed and SEO, contributing to broader scalability efforts alongside senior developers.
• Help ensure security best practices are followed, escalating compliance questions to senior team members as needed.
• Work collaboratively with designers, project managers, and QA teams to deliver projects on time.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, functionality, and user experience.

About You

• 1–3 years of professional frontend development experience, with strong hands-on HubSpot CMS experience (templates and API) and a knowledge of WordPress (e.g., plugins, custom themes).
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and requirements to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
