Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Growth Engineer in San Francisco to build AI-powered GTM workflows. You will own frontend experiences in React/TypeScript and develop full-stack features across Next.js, FastAPI, Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, and data/LLM-backed services.

You will design multi-turn AI chat experiences, orchestrate agent workflows with LangChain tools, and measure system performance using evals and tracing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong React and TypeScript.
• Experience building full-stack features with Python and FastAPI or similar.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered products and AI orchestration tools.

Responsibilities

• Build polished frontend experiences in React and TypeScript for AI-native GTM workflows, including chat interfaces and data-rich views.
• Develop full-stack product features across Next.js, FastAPI, Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, and data/LLM-backed services.
• Design and improve multi-turn AI chat experiences that maintain conversation state across long-running workflows.
• Build agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and related orchestration patterns with deterministic tools and data.
• Instrument AI workflows with LangSmith tracing, evaluation datasets, tests, and quality metrics to measure performance.
• Create and maintain evals for AI-generated briefings, reports, analytics answers, and multi-turn conversations.
