Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Growth Engineer to build AI-native GTM workflows and frontend experiences. You will contribute to data infrastructure and AI systems powering market intelligence and operations, partnering with product, design, sales, and data teams.

You will own features end-to-end, from frontend polish to API design, observability, testing, and production rollout, with emphasis on UX quality and scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with frontend React/TypeScript.
• Experience building full-stack features with Python and FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered products and multi-turn chat.
• Experience using AI orchestration, tracing, and evaluation frameworks.
• Strong UX, performance, and production debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Build polished frontend experiences in React and TypeScript for AI-native GTM workflows.
• Develop full-stack features across Next.js, FastAPI, Python, PostgreSQL, Redis.
• Design multi-turn AI chat experiences maintaining state and context.
• Create agentic workflows using LangChain and related orchestration patterns.
• Instrument workflows with tracing, eval datasets, tests, and quality metrics.
• Develop evals for AI-generated outputs and outcomes.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, sales, and data engineering to ship product features.
• Own features end-to-end from API design to production rollout.
