Job summary

Rippling's HR Product Engineering team is seeking a senior frontend engineer to help build the next generation of HR, IT, and Finance tooling. You will own significant frontend work, collaborating with PMs and designers to deliver polished features in a fast-paced, global environment.

You have 5+ years shipping code with React/TypeScript and a solid backend understanding, plus a passion for UX and accessibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping high-quality code.
• 2) Deep understanding of modern frontend architecture, state management, and web performance.
• 3) Strong product intuition and care deeply about design, accessibility, and UX.
• 4) Experience operating and scaling features across both the frontend and backend in a production environment.
• 5) Strong communication skills with a variety of stakeholders.

Responsibilities
