Job summary

Retell AI in Redwood City, CA is seeking a Frontend Engineer to build the UI for our voice AI platform. You’ll create prompt management, dashboards, analytics tools, and customer-facing interfaces using React and TypeScript, collaborating with backend and DevOps to keep systems fast and scalable.

You will own frontend projects end to end, partner with customers to onboard and debug real-world use cases, and translate feedback into UX improvements in a fast-paced, founder-minded team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building production-grade apps with React and TypeScript.
• Degree in CS, CE, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ownership mindset; proactive problem solving with clean design thinking.

Responsibilities

• Design and build core UI features like prompt management, dashboards, and analytics tools.
• Develop responsive interfaces using React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate on backend APIs and DevOps to ensure scalable systems.
• Lead frontend projects from concept to launch, owning architecture, coding, and iteration.
• Work with customers to onboard, debug, and translate feedback into UX improvements.
