Qualifications

• Strong ops experience at hedge funds, asset managers or banks.
• Equities experience (primary or secondary product).
• Hands-on BAU experience and process ownership.
• Curiosity about tech and AI, with practical examples.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day BAU across trade support, affirmations, reconciliations and settlements.
• Cover front-to-back operations and help shape the function.
• Identify pain points in daily flows and implement fixes.
• Collaborate closely with the US team and business stakeholders.
