Atlantic Group in New York City is seeking an Operations Associate for its growing New York team. This high-visibility role offers direct exposure to traders and the investment team, with significant room for growth in a collaborative, technology-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hedge fund operations experience, deep knowledge of the trade lifecycle, and a penchant for automation. You will support daily operations, coordinate with front office, and drive process

Formación

• 4+ years of hedge fund operations experience
• Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle and middle/back-office functions
• Experience supporting trading operations within a hedge fund or asset management environment
• Tech-savvy with an interest in automation, AI, and process improvement

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full trade lifecycle, from execution through settlement and reconciliations
• Support daily trading operations and partner closely with front office teams
• Monitor positions, cash activity, financing, collateral, and corporate actions
• Coordinate with prime brokers, fund administrators, custodians, and other service providers
• Assist with operational controls, risk management, and fund accounting processes
• Identify operational inefficiencies and drive process improvements, automation, and controls
• Support treasury, liquidity, and cash management activities
• Contribute to special projects and take ownership of critical operational initiatives
