Senior Operations Associate – Global Multi-Strategy Hedge Fund | Stamford, CT

Orla Rose is partnering with a world-class systematic hedge fund to hire a Senior Operations Associate for its US team in Stamford, Connecticut. The team is small, sharp and trusted, with a direct line to the business and plenty of room to make your mark.

The role

This is a true front-to-back ops seat, covering middle and back office and working closer to T+0 than ever. You'll own day-to-day BAU across trade support, affirmations, reconciliations and settlements, while helping shape how the function works.

There's a large pipeline of live projects, and the team wants people who spot the pain points in the daily flow and fix them.

What we're looking for

• Strong operations experience at a hedge fund, asset manager, bank or top-tier fund administrator
• Equities experience (primary or secondary product)
• Hands-on BAU experience. You know the process inside out because you run it
• Real curiosity about tech and AI. You're already using AI tools to work smarter, automate the tedious stuff and improve processes, and you can talk about it
• Python or SQL is a bonus, not a requirement
