Job summary

Attribution Search is assisting a leading global hedge fund seeking to strengthen its middle office with a high-impact, front-to-back role that touches the full trade lifecycle from execution through settlement.

You will work closely with senior leaders to drive automation and process improvements, leveraging Claude AI tools to accelerate analysis and reduce risk while increasing scalability and controls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in middle or back-office operations.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Practical experience using Claude or similar AI tools to deliver quality work quickly.
• Bonus: Geneva, Bloomberg, Traiana, SQL, Python or Java.

Responsibilities

• Daily reconciliation of positions, transactions, cash, swap resets and dividends.
• Investigation and resolution of trade breaks across equities, swaps, futures and FX.
• Analysis and processing of corporate actions.
• Supporting the flash PnL and NAV reporting cycle.
• Partnering with Execution, Technology, Treasury, brokers and vendors to resolve issues and keep trade workflows running smoothly from execution to settlement.
• Driving a shift to exception-based workflows, automating manual steps to improve scalability, reduce risk and tighten controls.
• Applying AI tools such as Claude to speed up analysis.
