Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional front-of-store presence.
• Serve as a visual deterrent to loss/dishonesty.
• Review the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear a Company-approved uniform with Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Refer customers to store management or customer service via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with management.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
