Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Boca Raton is seeking a Loss Prevention frontline associate for TJ Maxx. You will act as a visual deterrent, wear a body worn camera, support a safe shopping environment, and partner with store teams and loss prevention to protect people and the brand.

The role requires strong communication, initiative, and the ability to stand for long periods. 0–2 years of retail or security experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Review the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear a Company-approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers courteously and refer requests to management or customer service.
• Position yourself at the front of the store or in a department.
• Respond to customer requests by contacting store management or customer service via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or management.
• Conduct a closing safety sweep with management.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
