Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss
• Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide
• Wear a Company-approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera
• Greet customers and provide courteous service
• Refer customers to management or customer service when needed
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or management
• Perform a closing safety sweep with management
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management
• Perform other duties as assigned
