Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Aurora, CO is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to deter theft, maintain a presence at the front of the store, and wear a body worn camera while supporting store operations.

You will greet customers, report incidents, and collaborate with management to protect assets. This role requires strong communication, initiative, and the ability to stand for long periods; starting pay ranges from USD $15.75 to $18.60 per hour.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Able to stand for long periods of time during shifts.
• Retail or security experience is a plus (0–2 years).

Responsibilities

• Support District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss and wear a Body Worn Camera.
• Maintain a proper front-of-store presence and greet customers professionally.
• Review Store Emergency Response Guide and adhere to policies.
• Refer customers to management or customer service via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or management.
• Perform closing safety sweeps and document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
