Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; two years of front service operations experience including Valet or Bell.
• Strong leadership, customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience preferred leading others and in a casino hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of Transportation, Valet, Bell team to meet service standards.
• Coordinate scheduling, training, and performance feedback for front services staff.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues to guest satisfaction.
• Monitor safety, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist with budgeting tasks.
