Muckleshoot Casino Resort is hiring a Valet Parking Attendant to deliver top-notch guest service and safely manage vehicle traffic. You will greet guests, assist with parking, and ensure secure handling of keys and vehicles in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record (MVR) required.
• 1 year supervisory/lead experience preferred.
• 2 years driving experience with ability to drive manual and automatic transmissions, parallel park, and park in confined spaces.
• Intermediate MS Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Promote Muckleshoot Casino Resort’s vision, mission, and values through professional guest service.
• Greet guests warmly and maintain a professional image; assist elderly and disabled guests as needed.
• Resolve guest issues promptly to achieve satisfaction.
• Provide directions and transportation recommendations for intoxicated guests per policy.
• Write legible claim checks and secure vehicles and keys.
• Operate all types of passenger vehicles with manual or automatic transmission; park guests’ vehicles safely.
• Coach team members on responsibilities and departmental standards.
• Schedule and assign tasks to Valet Parking Attendants; monitor performance for productivity.
