Kitchen Guard of Colorado seeks a relentless Outside Sales Representative to hunt new business across the Front Range and build a massive earning pipeline. You will engage with decision-makers in commercial kitchens, perform site checks, and present safety-compliant solutions.

We offer a base salary with uncapped commission, a monthly vehicle/travel stipend, and a flexible work-from-home option, enabling strong growth and a substantial total compensation in a high-demand industry.

Qualifications

• Must live in Colorado with local knowledge of the Denver Metro and Front Range.
• 1–3+ years of success in B2B outside or field sales, with restaurants/commercial services a plus.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Hunt & Close: prospect and close deals with decision-makers across Colorado.
• Site inspections & consultations to evaluate exhaust systems and safety compliance.
• Deliver consultative proposals and close sales on short cycles.
• Manage territory and track pipeline using a modern CRM.
