Responsibilities

• Supervise front porch hosts and ensure adequate staffing per labor guides.
• Train cashiers and coordinate with managers on service levels.
• Handle guest requests, refunds, and approvals promptly.
• Keep front porch and parking areas clean and organized.
• Model professional behavior in appearance, speech, and integrity.
• Monitor cash office security and perform till audits.
