Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting, business transformation, or related front office experience.
• Experience leading client-facing transformation workstreams from discovery to implementation.
• Strong understanding of front office functions: sales, marketing, customer success, service, RevOps.
• Ability to translate requirements into measurable business outcomes and coach juniors.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams in front office transformation projects and design future-state processes.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and sessions to gather requirements and validate findings.
• Develop client-ready deliverables: process maps, operating models, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Support initiatives across lead-to-cash, RevOps, CRM, sales enablement, and customer success.
• Coordinate timelines, risks, dependencies, and action items; ensure quality delivery.
• Partner with functional and technical teams to align requirements with outcomes.
• Coach consultants and review work products for accuracy and quality.
• Contribute to proposals, reusable assets, and practice growth initiatives.
