• Ability to analyze processes, identify gaps, and link improvements to measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, technology, operations, or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams within front office transformation projects from current-state assessment to future-state design.
• Facilitate client workshops, interviews, and working sessions to gather requirements.
• Develop client-ready deliverables: process maps, operating model, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Support initiatives across lead-to-cash, RevOps, customer lifecycle, and sales enablement.
• Coordinate activities, timelines, risks, dependencies, and actions to ensure quality delivery.
• Partner with teams to document requirements aligned to desired outcomes.
• Coach junior team members and review deliverables for quality.
• Contribute to proposals, reusable assets, and practice growth.
