Axiom Path is seeking a seasoned technology delivery leader to drive Front Office trading initiatives within a global capital markets framework in New York. You will partner with traders, desk heads, Product Owners, and senior technology executives to translate business priorities into executable roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology delivery leadership in Front Office trading.
• Experience across Fixed Income, Credit, Rates, FX, Equities, or Derivatives.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, trading workflows, pricing, valuation, risk, market structure, and regulatory drivers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology delivery for Front Office trading initiatives across capital markets.
• Translate business priorities into executable roadmaps with traders, desk heads, Product Owners, and technology teams.
• Drive delivery across initiatives supporting multiple asset classes (Fixed Income, Credit, Rates, FX, Equities, Derivatives).
• Manage program scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and executive-level reporting.
• Balance Agile delivery with governance, planning, and controls in a large financial institution.
• Provide clear recommendations and delivery updates to MD and executive stakeholders.
• Navigate competing priorities and facilitate decisions across business and technology teams.
• Ensure initiatives align with trading workflows, business objectives, and regulatory requirements.
