Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology delivery leadership in Front Office trading.
• Experience across Fixed Income, Credit, Rates, FX, Equities, or Derivatives.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, trading workflows, pricing, valuation, risk, market structure, and regulatory drivers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology delivery for Front Office trading initiatives across capital markets.
• Translate business priorities into executable roadmaps with traders, desk heads, Product Owners, and technology teams.
• Drive delivery across initiatives supporting multiple asset classes (Fixed Income, Credit, Rates, FX, Equities, Derivatives).
• Manage program scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and executive-level reporting.
• Balance Agile delivery with governance, planning, and controls in a large financial institution.
• Provide clear recommendations and delivery updates to MD and executive stakeholders.
• Navigate competing priorities and facilitate decisions across business and technology teams.
• Ensure initiatives align with trading workflows, business objectives, and regulatory requirements.

• Manage program scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and executive-level reporting across concurrent technology initiatives.
• Balance Agile delivery practices with the governance, controls, planning, and reporting disciplines required in a large financial institution.
• Provide clear recommendations and delivery updates to Managing Director and executive-level stakeholders.
• Navigate competing priorities and facilitate decisions across business and technology teams.
• Ensure technology initiatives remain aligned with trading workflows, business objectives, regulatory requirements, and overall Front Office strategy.

Do You Bring Proven Success Leading Front Office Capital Markets Technology Delivery?

• 10+ years of experience leading technology delivery supporting Front Office trading businesses.
• Deep experience within one or more capital markets asset classes, including Fixed Income, Credit, Rates, FX, Equities, or Derivatives.
• Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, trading workflows, pricing, valuation, risk, market structure, and regulatory drivers affecting Front Office technology.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with traders, desk heads, Product Owners, and senior technology leaders.
• Strong preference for experience supporting Electronic Trading, Fixed Income, Credit, or Derivatives environments.
• Proven ability to deliver within Agile environments while maintaining strong program governance and executive reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile planning tools, and enterprise portfolio-management processes.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate risks, dependencies, decisions, and recommendations clearly to Managing Director and executive audiences.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with multiple competing priorities.
• Strong judgment, influence, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
