How You Will Make An Impact

• Drive delivery of front office technology initiatives supporting derivatives trading workflows
• Own day‑to‑day execution across scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
• Run Agile ceremonies and maintain clean, reliable project tracking and reporting through JIRA
• Partner with technology leads, business analysts, and product stakeholders to translate priorities into executable plans
• Ensure alignment across the full software delivery lifecycle, from planning through release and operational readiness
• Communicate status clearly to senior stakeholders, escalating early with options and tradeoffs when priorities shift
• Coordinate testing, release planning, and post‑release follow‑through to support stable production outcomes

Are you an experienced front office delivery leader in sell‑side derivatives technology ready to make an impact?

• Experience delivering technology initiatives directly within a sell‑side front office environment
• Strong understanding of derivatives trading flows from front to back, or a strong technical foundation from prior BA or product owner responsibilities in front office technology
• Proven success working in Agile delivery models, including hands‑on expertise using JIRA for tracking, reporting, and stakeholder visibility
• Solid understanding of the full SDLC, including production support considerations and technology operations practices
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage expectations across trading, technology, and cross‑functional partners
• Demonstrated ability to navigate competing priorities in a fast‑moving environment while keeping delivery predictable and transparent
