Job summary

State Street in Boston seeks a motivated candidate to support Client Management and Sales & Trading teams within Execution, Financing and Clearing, gaining exposure to day-to-day trading support and client services. In-office presence is required.

The Front Office Trading Services (FOTS) team supports global desks and collaborates with Operations to implement new trading initiatives and onboarding plans, delivering strong client service and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years of financial services industry experience with exposure to secured lending, prime services or agency lending.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support financing transactions and post-trade lifecycle events across Prime Services and Secured Financing products.
• Monitor trade activity, settlements, and financing positions to identify exceptions and ensure proper booking and settlement.
• Maintain data quality and perform reconciliations for trade, position, collateral, and financing records.
