Qualifications

• 8+ years of Front Office application support experience.
• Experience supporting Rates and Credit Fixed Income products.
• Familiarity with electronic execution venues and market data platforms.
• SQL, scripting, monitoring tools, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with regulatory and control frameworks in Front Office Tech.
• Incident management and problem-solving abilities.
• Real-time debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Creating dashboards and stability reports.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical, proactive, ownership mindset.
• Ability to work on-call and rotate for maintenance.
• Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, LogicMonitor, eG, Geneos/ITRS.
• Job schedulers: Autosys.
• Databases: MSSQL, SQL Server, Oracle.
• APM and log analysis skills.
• ITIL Incident/Problem/Change management.
• Scripting for automation: Python, Bash, PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Fixed Income trading platforms.
• Monitor production systems, interfaces, and connectivity.
• Manage production incidents and coordinate across teams.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and controls.
• Maintain 24x7 availability based on demand.
• Serve as technology contact for traders and staff.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements.
• Communicate postmortems and status updates to leadership.
• Produce operational and SLA reporting for stakeholders.
• Monitor order flow, trade execution, and connectivity health.
• Coordinate onboarding with venues, brokers, vendors.
• Plan testing, releases, and post-implementation validation.
• Ensure production readiness for new releases.
• Maintain strong platform resilience and controls.
• Support audits and access reviews.
• Document procedures and dependencies.
• Identify risks and implement preventive controls.
