Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions seeks a Client Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of front office trading implementations, enhancements, migrations, upgrades, and major client initiatives. You will coordinate across Product, Engineering, QA, and Support to ensure disciplined, high-quality delivery with minimal client disruption.

The role requires deep capital markets knowledge, strong stakeholder management, and proficient use of Jira for project execution.

Qualifications

Experience managing client-facing technology delivery in capital markets.
Strong understanding of front office trading workflows and OMS/EMS.
Ability to translate client scope into executable delivery plans, milestones and acceptance criteria.
Experience using Jira or similar delivery management tools for project execution.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery for front office capital markets client projects from initiation to go-live and handover.
Manage delivery within front office trading workflows including order capture, routing and execution management.
Translate approved scope into executable delivery plans with milestones, risks, and readiness activities.
Coordinate governance, reporting, RAID logs, and escalation paths for delivery success.
Drive go-live readiness, cutover planning, and post-implementation support handover.
