The Senior Product Delivery Manager - of a significant Fixed Income Platform will play a critical role in the continued growth, modernization, and delivery execution of the Platform. This role will work closely with sales, product, trading, operations, client-facing teams, and technology leadership to define, prioritize, and deliver platform capabilities that support advisors, wealth management clients, institutional users, and internal stakeholders.
This is a highly cross-functional role requiring a unique blend of product ownership, project management, Agile delivery discipline, business analysis, and capital markets workflow expertise. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of fixed income capital markets, trading workflows, the trade lifecycle, order management concepts, and financial technology platforms. Experience with wealth management, advisor platforms, OMS workflows, Bloomberg TOMS, or fixed income trading systems is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will serve as a key bridge between leadership, business stakeholders, clients, and technology teams — translating business objectives, client needs, trading workflows, operational requirements, and platform priorities into clear requirements, actionable user stories, Jira-managed backlogs, delivery plans, release execution, and successful production outcomes.
This role will participate in client meetings, onboarding discussions, workflow reviews, platform demonstrations, and roadmap planning to ensure the Platform continues to deliver measurable business value, scalable platform capabilities, and a high-quality user experience across pre-trade, trade execution, analytics, reporting, and post-trade workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Platform sales, product, trading, operations, and technology leadership to define platform priorities, roadmap items, delivery sequencing, and measurable business outcomes
- Translate business strategy, client needs, market structure changes, regulatory considerations, and platform opportunities into actionable product capabiliities.
- Drive feature development across key Platform capabilities, including market access, order workflow, pricing transparency, trade execution, analytics, reporting, laddering tools, client onboarding, and post-trade processing.
- Define, maintain, and communicate product priorities in alignment with the company's business objectives, platform strategy, and client adoption goals.
- Monitor platform performance, user feedback, client needs, competitive trends, and market developments to identify opportunities for enhancement, automation, modernization, and differentia.
- Define and track product KPIs, adoption metrics, delivery milestones, and business outcomes to measure feature impact and inform prioritization.
- Produce executive-ready updates, roadmap summaries, status reporting, delivery dashboards, release summaries, and decision materials for the Platform, business, and technology leadership.
Project Management, Agile Delivery & Execution Own
- Own and manage the delivery pipeline, product backlog, sprint priorities, and execution roadmap in close partnership with senior leadership, technology leads, QA, and business stakeholders
- Operate within an Agile software development lifecycle, including intake, discovery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, release planning, and post-release feedback loops.
- Maintain strong Jira discipline, ensuring epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, risks, defects, and release items are clearly documented, prioritized, assigned, and actively managed.
Fixed Income Trading & Workflow Analysis
- Analyze and document fixed income trading workflows across the full trade lifecycle, including pre-trade, order entry, pricing, execution, allocations, confirmations, settlement, reporting, downstream processing, and operational handoffs.
- Work with sales, trading, operations, product, and client-facing teams to identify workflow gaps, operational pain points, client onboarding needs, and opportunities for automation or platform improvement.
- Support enhancements related to fixed income products, advisor and wealth management workflows, institutional workflows, structured products, dealer connectivity, and client distribution models.
- Apply knowledge of order management, trade management, OMS concepts, trading workflows, and fixed income platform capabilities to ensure requirements are practical, complete, and aligned to business needs.
- Experience with Bloomberg TOMS or similar fixed income trading, order management, or trade management platforms is a strong plus.
Business Analysis & Requirements Leadership.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear requirements, process flows, user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Trading, Product, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Technology to ensure requirements reflect business priorities, client needs, workflow realities, and operational controls.
- Client Onboarding, Adoption & Stakeholder Engagement.
- Participate in client meetings, onboarding sessions, workflow reviews, platform demonstrations, and post-onboarding feedback discussions as needed.
- Partner with sales and product leadership to understand client feedback, adoption patterns, onboarding friction, workflow needs, and enhancement opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted product and workflow advisor to internal stakeholders, client-facing teams, and technology partners.
- Build strong relationships across leadership, Trading, Sales, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Technology, QA, data, infrastructure, and external vendors.
Release Management, Quality Assurance & Production Readiness.
Support UAT planning and execution, including test design, business scenario validation, coordination, defect triage, stakeholder sign-off, and release readiness.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a rel
- ated field.7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in financial services, fintech, capital markets, or trading technology.
- Strong fixed income capital markets knowledge, including bond trading concepts, pricing, execution workflows, market structure, trade lifecycle, and post-trade processing.
- Experience working with trading platforms, order management systems, trade lifecycle workflows, financial market technology platforms, or capital markets applications.
- Strong hands-on experience operating within an Agile software development lifecycle, including backlog ownership, sprint planning, release planning, dependency management, stakeholder communication, and delivery execution.
- Proven ability to manage a product delivery pipeline from idea intake through prioritization, requirements, development, testing, release, adoption, and post-release support.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery practices, including epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint boards, dashboards, reporting, and backlog hygiene.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance product ownership, business analysis, project management, and delivery management responsibilities in a fast-paced capital markets technology environment.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with urgency, structure, accountability, and strong follow-through.

- Experience with wealth management, advisor platforms, fixed income distribution, institutional trading, dealer workflows, or electronic trading platforms.
- Experience with Bloomberg TOMS, OMS platforms, fixed income trading systems, trade management platforms, or trading workflow integrations.
- Familiarity with structured products, new issue workflows, secondary trading, advisor tools, dealer-to-client fixed income platforms, or capital markets distribution platforms.
