Job summary

Mission Staffing is seeking a Tech Solutions Engineer to act as the go-to technical partner for Portfolio Managers and Analysts, providing high-touch support across platform services and infrastructure. The role involves educating on platform tech and tools such as AWS, Airflow, Coder, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and Terraform, and partnering with analytics to automate data workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
Strong Linux and Python knowledge with troubleshooting skills.
Experience with cloud, automation, or databases and willingness to learn across tracks.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary technical partner for Portfolio Managers and Analysts with high-touch support.
Educate developers and researchers on platform tech and tools like AWS, Airflow, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Terraform.
Collaborate with analytics and engineering to automate data workflows and strengthen knowledge bases.
Coordinate across teams to surface solutions and drive front-office enablement.
Own incident management and drive continuous improvement of service delivery.
