Job summary

FloQast is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to unblock customers across the FloQast Accounting Transformation Platform and related integrations. You will troubleshoot, perform backend configuration tasks, and deliver precise solutions via email and screen share.

This hybrid position requires three days in the office weekly, with a comprehensive benefits package. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to improve knowledge bases and support processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Technical Support or related field.
• Ability to assess customer urgency and provide empathetic support.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own support cases from customers, prioritizing and delivering clear solutions via email and screen share.
• Troubleshoot error messages and issues to unblock customers.
• Perform backend configuration work, including data transformations and migrations.
• Handle L1-L3 support across assigned solutions and SME areas.
• Develop SME expertise and contribute to knowledge base with product and education teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional peers to resolve complex cases and share insights.
• Participate in daily standups and monitor internal communications for escalation.
