Job Description:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Portfolio Managers and Analysts, delivering high-touch support, training, and enablement across platform services and infrastructure
• Educate developers and researchers on the platform technology landscape, training on tools like AWS, Airflow, Coder, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and Terraform
• Partner with analytics and engineering teams to automate data workflows and strengthen knowledge bases
• Connect stakeholders across the firm to surface solutions, drive product enhancements, and share knowledge globally
• Own proactive, high-quality incident management and service delivery, ensuring fast resolution and continuous improvement of support processes

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Math, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and Python
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with clear written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with cloud, automation, and/or database concepts
• Willingness to broaden skill set across multiple technical tracks
